Windjammer Cottage is located in Anchorage Cottages & Retreat Center on the sandy shores of the Great Lake Huron. It is 1 of 6 cottages on the property. This rustic cabin is fully furnished and has shared beachfront a few feet away from your door. Picnic tables, firepits, a charcoal grill and beach furniture help round out your quintessential Up North experience here in Oscoda. The space One of six cottages in Anchorage Cottages & Retreat Center. Not direct lake view, but the water in only a few feet away. Wifi is spotty, so if you need to relax and disconnect, this cottage would be perfect for you. No pets allowed. There is some road noise, as we are right on US-23. We have limited beach space but the view is spectacular in any season! Guest access Two parking spots per cottage. Other things to note The Beach has rock by the water to protect the sand from erosion. Our area has been hit hard the last few years. Young children may need help getting in the water from our dock. Swim at own risk.
