"AS ON A BOAT" PALAVAS-LES-FLOTS With its feet in the water, our beautiful 60 m2, fully renovated, dual-aspect apartment is located on the front line. On the first floor of a three-story residence, it has a large 35 m2 south-facing terrace with direct beach access via a removable ladder with railings. The building was completely renovated in 2022. Bathed in light, you will enjoy your stay in a neat and warm atmosphere. The space This apartment, ideal for a family, can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and up to 3 children under 18 years old. It consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso machine and toaster. You will have at your disposal: salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, sugar and household products. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washing machine. Linens (towels, sheets and dish towels) are provided. Bedrooms: the first has a 160 bed and the second has a bunk bed with an additional trundle bed. The 35 m2 terrace has two deckchairs and a table for 8 people. A private parking space is available in the residence. The residence is a 10-minute walk from the center of Palavas, you will enjoy the shops, the Luna Park, the restaurants, the swimming pool, the mini-golf, the various water sports… You also have local shops: grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, snack bar... Palavas-Les-Flôts is located 25 minutes from downtown Montpellier and 10 minutes from its airport. We will be at your disposal for any information during your vacation. Our English is intermediate.
