This home is minutes away from Quoddy Head Lighthouse, down town Lubec, many beautiful beaches, nature trails and the international bridge to Canadas Campobello Island with the famous Moholland Lighthouse, East Quoddy Lighthouse and Roosevelts Cottages. It offers a spectacular ocean view and a short walk to the beach. This beautiful and bright home is surrounded by beautiful gardens, equipped with a full kitchen, dining area and sitting/living area overlooking the ocean, 1.5 bath, laundry area, 3 bedrooms, a deck equipped with a BBQ grill and deck upstairs off the master bedroom. For rainy days wifi is equipped, Roku or smart TV is available in all 3 bedrooms, and there is a selection of books or games available for your liking. Guests have access to the entire house and property. There are no shared spaces. I will be available for anything the guests may need. I am happy to introduce you to all this quaint, coastal town has to offer. Lubec is the easternmost town in the United States and where the sun rises first! The sunrise and sunsets are the most magnificent. Lubec has been nominated many times as one of the top ocean getaways from many different publications. Just minutes away you can experience any of the 4 beautiful lighthouses, amazing beaches, hiking trails, marinas, parks, wonderful restaurants, music and nightlife and the beautiful Roosevelts Cottages where President Roosevelt vacationed. Locals are warm and welcoming and love to show all this town has to offer. This will be an experience you will never forget! Plenty of parking spaces and wrap around driveway! Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, all linens provided. Basics- soap, towels, and toilet paper are all provided for your convenience. Pets welcome at no extra cost..... trash pick up is Tuesday am...l I have 4 day minimum stay.
