My great grandparents traveled the Oregon Trail by horse and wagon and settled here. To provide the settlers supplies, my great grandfather made regular supply runs between Burns and Bend via horse and wagon. To share a bit of the Cawlfield history we've poured our heart and soul into bringing the house back to life, and endeavored to make it a place with modern and boutique comforts. It's taken four years but we believe its turned out amazing! Historic pictures dating back to the late 1800's are throughout the house.
