At first: we are open to many dates of reservation in the year. We only open the house (via Airbnb) for special days, but when you are interested and the house is not bookable or you like to book and you like to stay less than my minimum of days - feel free and contact me. We will find a solution! Our property is newly built, wonderful furnished and was finished in 2015. The spacious, open living- and dining-room (ca. 60 qm) are facing south-west and south-east respectively and looking out across the pool into the landscaped garden. Due to the high ceilings and large windows, all rooms are bright, yet friendly and cosy. The open fireplace adds to the cosy atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped with all the state-of-the-art appliances and is very modern (see photos, you will have an impression of our property). Additionally you will find an extra room with a washingmachine and a tumbler, which is located behind the kitchen. Depending on the number of guests, the following rooms are available: Two persons: Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (basement) Three or four persons: As above plus two bedrooms with beds (1,40 x 2,00 m) and a separate bathroom on the first floor. If you come by car or are planning to get a rental, you can use our private parking space, directly in front of the house. In the whole property, WIFI is very fast and gratis.
