Located between Bourges and Sancerre, we welcome you to our stable with its beams, its exposed stones, its wood burning stove on the ground floor. (we provide the wood). A mix of old-fashioned charm and modernity for a relaxing stay. Discover Bourges, its Cathedral, its marshes and then on the other side Sancerre, its wine and its cheese: Le Chavignol. The Berry is a nice region to discover and we love to give you good recommendations! Aurélie 06.32.☎️15.37.92 The space Part of a 80 m2 barn (stable), renovated, with a large room on the ground floor, kitchen and living room (45 m2) with exposed beams and stones and wood stove 🔥 On the 1st floor 2 bedrooms with 3 beds: 2 double beds and 1 single bed, one bathroom with walk-in shower. This stable is renovated with light, modern colors while keeping the authenticity of a stable😉. In winter a fireplace will warm up your evenings thanks to the stove that is in the room on the ground floor (we provide wood). in summer possibility to eat outside: terrace with table and chairs available. (BBQ). Garage available for motorcycle. crib and highchair available. (cleaning and beds made for your arrival😊). Parties are forbidden. Guest access Access by code to the gate (provided if we are not there to to welcome you). Self check-in possible. Other things to note Located 20 minutes from Bourges and 15 minutes from Sancerre, Menetou Salon and Avord (military base). A terrace area is at your disposal with barbecue.
