Fairpark Farmhouse Main level

Come stay in my Renovated 1910 Farmhouse in the Fairpark area of Salt Lake City. Approximately 5 min from the airport, and easy freeway access to 3 major freeways. Less than an hour away from at least a dozen ski resorts. The room is private, but bathrooms and main areas are shared. I’m a single man with 4 extremely friendly dogs (they have their own room with outside access). I’m an active outdoors enthusiast with tons of knowledge on hikes, skiing, as well as restaurants and nightlife. The space Thanks so much for choosing to stay in my home! I want you to make it your space while you’re here. I’m a professional, but extremely laid back. Let me know if there’s anything at all I can do for you. And feel free to love on Mabel, Molly, Leroy and Kate as much as you want (Mabel all white, Molly all black, Leroy lil brown guy, Kate black and white). Guest access Please try not to park in front of the neighbors house on my driveway side (little White House to the east). An elderly family lives there and it’s difficult for them if they can’t use that spot. There are plenty of parking spots in front of my house, and all the way down to the corner. During your stay I’m a clean, quiet professional and I’ve always loved hosting friends and family, so I’d like you to use my house like your own. I’m a very laid back guy, and very easy to reach if I'm not around. Other things to note I’m a dog lover (I have 4, and occasionally foster dogs too). Well behaved dog guests are welcome. I haven’t felt a need to charge extra fees because previous guests have been extremely responsible. I do offer dog sitting, and boarding if you’re going on day trips while here. Fill me in when you book, and I can check availability for those extras and talk about costs.
