Large fully fenced backyard with gate leading directly onto pathway with only a 3 minute walk to beautiful white sandy Omaha beach, alternatively, in the opposite direction walk to golf course. Short stroll to the Omaha Dairy, café, boutique gift and women's clothing shop, surf club and playground. Matakana markets, cinema, cafes, vineyards and beautiful bike rides and walks are all so handy to the area, there's so much to do. Plenty of off street parking.
