On the edge of the Compiègne Forest, 90 km from Paris, the house is located in a 3-hectare enclosed park crossed by a river. With nine bedrooms on two floors and large living spaces, the house is perfect for family gatherings, get-togethers and weekends with friends. Guest access We are opening all ground floors and 2nd floors for rent. A staircase directly connects the two floors. The 1st floor is independent and can be occasionally occupied by a family member, in particular to maintain the park. In this case, however, the presence is very discreet and you retain exclusive use of the garden. Other things to note Minimum rental - Weekends: 2 days (Fri-Sun) - Mid-week: €1000 - Long weekends: 3 days Note: If you are planning to come at a time when the temperature is generally lower, we can heat the house.
