Villa Dora-a charming stone house

Villa Dora is located in an intimate rural setting, in the northwest area of Istria in Mazuria near Umag. The house has been recently restored and has an area of 165 square meters on three levels with a private pool, pergola and playground. The space Villa Dora is situated in a very quite and cozy area perfect for a great relaxing holiday. It is situated in a small village Mazurija only 9km from Umag. Villa Dora is a traditional stone house, newly renovated and furnished with modern furniture in an original rustic style. A surface is 165 sqm on 3 levels, with a private pool.The house has 2 main entrances,one on the basement(a canteen,a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom) and the 2nd one on the first floor for the rest of the house (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room). Close to the pool you can enjoy your meal in the covered pavilion and your children can have fun in the children's playground in the garden or in the part of a pool for kids. The house has 2 kitchens, on the basement and on the 1st floor. But, there is also a gas grill close to the pavilion, so you can prepare your meal even outdoor. The 1st and the 2nd floors offer a sea view, unforgettable scene during a sunset period. Villa Dora accommodates up to 10 persons. 2 of the bedrooms have their own bathroom, and 2 on the 2nd floor share one bathroom which includes both, tub and shower.Each bedroom has an air condition, except the one on the basement.The air condition in the living room on the 1st floor is used for the whole floor, including one bedroom. Additionally, there is a baby cot in one bedroom for children up to 3 years old. Guest access All spaces in the house are available. We, the owners, do not live in the area. The house is in an intimate area great for resting. Other things to note The northwest area of the Istrian region is one of Europe's most sought-after destinations. The reason is the beautiful nature, the numerous beaches along the Istrian coast, the delicious food, the quality wine and the wonderful sea. Many restaurants are located in the area.
