Secluded Spacious Room

Our spacious (> 600 Sq Feet) and very private "guest suite" comfortably fits up to three people. King Size bed and separate futon in the sitting area. It is located in the back of the property. Close to main highway 74. Half a mile from the University and less than 5 miles from the Hospital. The space Price is for the first person and I will charge 10 USD extra per extra person up to 2 people. This room is next to the garages in the back of the property and it is very private and separate. Guest access Bedroom with private bathroom. There is a sitting area with a Futon and a couch, recliner, tv, large table, coffee maker, toaster, mini fridge and microwave, there is a hairdryer in the bathroom. There is a swing behind the garages. Drive to the back of the property and park on parking space near the greenhouse. Other things to note We have a cat and dogs, but the cat never enters that property. Our dogs are also house pets and are not loose in the property, unattended. Absolutely no guest animals accepted. If you have AT&T Wireless service on your mobile phone, service in the Summer may be spotty due to trees.
