Our place is good for couples and families with kids. The space On a high plateau at an altitude of 1200 meters, you will find an accommodation with lots of style and thoughtful details. Only natural materials such as wood and natural stone, the property's own spring water and the altitude create a feel-good climate in a class of its own. The best conditions for an uncompromising vacation at the highest level! Relax after a day on the mountain on the sunny and partially covered terrace, on the spacious outdoor sofa with fireplace, by the cozy fireplace in the living area, in the wood-fired hot tub (bathtub for 6 people) on the terrace or enjoy your own sauna in the log cabin in the garden. Supplies: The chalet with 3 bedrooms is suitable for up to 6 people plus one toddler. In the entrance area, there is a wardrobe with ample storage space in custom-made built-in wardrobes. The open living, dining and kitchen area is arranged around the centrally located fireplace, which is glazed on 3 sides. From the living room with a cozy sofa, TV and PlayStation, it continues to the dining area with space for 8 people and to the fully equipped kitchen, with induction cooktop, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, mixer, blender, electric orange juicer, fridge and a wine cooler, in which some wines are stored for you at cost price. Also on the first floor is a separate toilet and a spacious bathroom with a rain shower and bathtub with a view of the mountains. A washing machine, dryer, ski boot dryer and storage room for skis can be found in the utility room. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms, all equipped with a double bed and TV and another shower room with toilet. Outside, you will find a hot tub (bathtub) embedded in the terrace, which is heated with wood, a covered seating area for 8 people, 2 beanbags and a large Weber gas grill, all accessible directly from the bathroom. In the garden, there is also the spacious outdoor sofa with a view of the mountains and fireplace and the log sauna house. Guest access The chalet is at your disposal for your exclusive use. We have a key box at the house. You will receive the code from us shortly before your arrival. The road to the chalet is easily accessible and paved. In winter, the snow removal service comes to the chalet at least once a day. However, we recommend taking snow chains or a four-wheel drive vehicle with you in winter. In the event of heavy snowfall, these are necessary throughout the region. 2 parking spaces are available at the house, one of them in the carport. Other things to note We are a Sommercard partner! In the summer season, you will receive the Summer Card from us free of charge, with which you can use all cable cars in the region free of charge and receive many other discounts.
