Yellow Charleston Single

Come visit us in Charleston! The home was build in 1852 & still has a lot of the original features. It's located just two blocks from upper King St. This area is where all the hottest bars & restaurants are located! Here are some of the restaurants that are steps away from the house. Five Loaves, Chubby Fish, R Kitchen, Fuel, & Chez Nous just to name a few. We are several blocks away from the Charleston Visitors Center which offers free bus service in the downtown area. The space This is a two story Charleston Single house. Parking for six cars. When staying in the city, you will hear the hustle and bustle of the city. You will hear street traffic and sometimes people if they are talking loud. The windows are single pane. We have noise machines in the two rooms that are on the street. There is no dinning table in the home. We have some tv trays and a small table (2 person) in the kitchen. Guests have full access to the house. There is a TV, DVD player, some movies, WIFI, laundry and dishwasher detergent, coffee, , sugar, creamer, silverware, cooking utensils, cutting knives, dishes, glassware, pots, and pans provided. We also include extra sheets, pillows, towels and blankets. Guest access The entire home. Other things to note This house can not be used as a party house. The city has quiet hours are from 10pm- 8am. The police will issue a noise ticket in the amount of $1,092 during this time!
