The beach is about 50 meters from Haus Atlantik. In the living area you will find a flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo and a comfortable sofa. On the balcony with side lake views, you can enjoy the view and the fresh Baltic Sea air. The kitchenette integrated in the living room is very well equipped with a fridge-freezer, 4-plate ceramic hob and dishwasher. The cozy dining area is also located in the living area. In the first bedroom there is a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). The second bedroom is equipped with a single bed (90 x 200 cm). In both bedrooms there are wardrobes and curtains for blackout. Coin washing machines and coin dryers are available for you in the basement of the house for a fee. A bicycle storage room is located in the underground garage. The apartment includes the car parking space no. 89 in the underground garage (max. height 2.00 m).
