Around the house a wide fenced space of approximately 5.000 sqm with endless rows of natural terraces covered in age-old olive trees. On one of these terraces there is a nice and fenced 5x10 m swimming pool (depth 1,40 m), to be shared sometimes with the owner. In front of the house a large paved area, equipped with table, chairs and barbecue, particularly suitable for eating outdoors. The simple but comfortable furnishings go well with the internal fittings of the house.
