Wheelchair accessible in-law suite by the lake

This suite and the large patio facing the lake are recently remodeled for wheelchair accessible. It has a small kitchenette, a bathroom with 48" shower, a hot plate for cooking and gas grill. It has a queen bed and queen-size sofa bed. Many restaurants and hiking trials are close by, great view, good for short and long-term stay and up to two pets; also for people who would like some privacy while staying in other person's house. There is no cleaning fee, pet fee, or any other extra fees! The space If you are looking for a place to relax and rejuvenate, if you love nature and gardens, we may have the perfect place for you! Up to two pets are welcome in this house. However, they are not allowed in beds. If you let your dog run freely in the wooded area, the dog should wear some kind of tick protection. Since we don't charge a cleaning fee, please leave a tip for the cleaning people if you have a shedding pet. We do have a Diggs Revol collapsible crate (Med: 35-in L x 26-in W 24-in H) for our fury guests. There's a Tesla supercharger station 10 minutes away next to Dave's market. You can get your grocery while charging. This location is peaceful and beautiful all four seasons! You can canoe and fish on the lake; hike on the trails in the woods; relax on the deck; do your yoga or Tai chi on the lakefront lawn; set a bonfire in the evening while enjoying a glass of wine; or write that book of yours … You may also enjoy downtown waterfires, concerts in vineyards (Greenvale or Sakonnet) in the summer, or local microbrewery tours, or yoga ... Please check it online or just ask us for those options. Please also keep in mind that the city will lower the lake between Nov and March and there will be no water activities during these dates. The house has central heat and air. High-speed internet and 1 car parking are included. Utilities are also included. All linens and towels are supplied. House has a gas grill. Rental also includes a paddling boat, a canoe, and two bikes. Please notice that we don't have TV channel connections, though you may stream movies and shows online on the smart TV via Roku or log into your own TV account if you have one.
