Peppermint Grove Beach offers the best of Geographe Bay without the hustle and bustle of Busselton and Dunsborough. In summer the beach is white sand, clear water and safe swimming for all ages. The Capel River mouth is a short walk away and is a popular fishing, surfing and beachcombing location. Basic supplies are available from The Peppermint Grove Caravan Park store, and the town of Capel is only a 15 minute drive away. The property offers two kitchens and living areas, five bedrooms and three bathrooms in a duplex arrangement. The letting fee includes the whole property. The house is comfortable in any season, with air conditioning and ceiling fans for those hot summer days and two wood fires to keep you cosy in winter. The beach is easily accessible from your private steps connecting directly to the public pedestrian access to the beach. There is also plenty to do with a children's play area, large lawn and many board games, Netflix and DVDs.
