The space Surrounded by untouched bushland, this beautifully designed home invites you to unwind with warm timber flooring and stylish contemporary furnishings. Unwind in the upstairs living area, where you can sink into the L-shaped sofa and stream your favourite Netflix shows on the smart TV by the log fire. Keep little ones entertained in the playful kids' corner, complete with child-sized seating, a pink dollhouse, and a toy storage box. Step onto the front deck, relax on the Acapulco chairs and sip your morning coffee while soaking in the sweeping views of Eagle Bay. Downstairs, retreat to the second living area with a sofa and TV—perfect for late-night movies. Whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring an oven, dishwasher, and an automated coffee machine for your morning ritual. Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know. Please note, if booking between 1st December and 30th March, the holiday home must not be occupied on days with a declared Extreme or Catastrophic Fire Danger Rated day. For your safety, and following DFES advice, the property must be evacuated during any such declaration. During these periods, travel in the area should be limited to the townships. School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year. Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties. Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
