The space VILLA COLLIVO SLEEPING AREA The first floor consists of 4 large independent suites and a family suite with double bedrooms - Water, Leaves, Sky, Earth and Sand - all with private bathrooms, which can accommodate up to 16 people. All rooms are equipped with central floor heating and air conditioning adjustable locally. GROUND FLOOR AND COMMON SPACES On the ground floor there is a spacious but cozy dining room, a large kitchen equipped with all the most modern comforts, a living area with fireplace and large sofas and a cozy studio where you can relax after the excitement of the day. Every room has a magnificent view of the lake On the side of the Villa there is a cool and relaxing gazebo with table and chairs where you can enjoy convivial moments and relax on the hottest days. A modern barbecue is also available here. SWIMMING POOL The infinity pool with lake view has a comfortable entrance staircase and variable depths to allow its use even for younger children. The pool can be heated upon request and the cost will be calculated at the end of the stay based on actual consumption. However, we recommend asking for more information about this service.
