The space The villa is located in the area of " el Vinyet", at a distance of just 5 minutes walk from the golden beaches and the Mediterranean Sea and 5 minutes from the center of town.The location is outstanding and one of the favourite of our guests. The house has a swimming pool and an Ibizan style porch with a table with capacity for 8 people and hammocks. It is an ideal area for a relaxing lunch or dinner. On the ground floor there is a living room with two large white leather sofas and smart TV, annexed is the dining room, central piece of the ground floor, the dining room has a table with 8 chairs and has direct access to the porch and garden. The house has a beautiful Mediterranean style with original wooden beams. On the ground floor there is also a fully renovated kitchen equipped with everything you may need for your stay. There is also a double room (room 1) with 2 beds 90x200 cm, which can also be mounted as a double bed and a bathroom with shower. On the the first floor, accessed by stairs there is a master room (room 2)that has a double bed of 165x180cm, bathroom with bath and shower in suite and terrace with views to the swimming pool and the garden. Room 3 consists of 2 single beds of 90x180cm (that can be mounted as a double of 180x180cm) This room has views to the swimming pool. Room 4 has 2 beds of 90x190 that can be mounted as single or double, according to suit, next to this room there is a study where you can put a cot if needed. And finally there is a bathroom with a spacious and shower. In the garden by the pool there is a bathroom with shower. There is parking space inside the house for up to 2 cars. The house has air conditioning throughout the house except for one of the rooms on the upper floor which has a fan. The location of the house is excellent, as it is on a very quiet but at the same time very close to the beach, the centre of the village, the shops and restaurants and the train and bus station (you don't really need to take the car for anything). For stays of more than 6 days a mid-stay cleaning is included in the total price . Other things to note Sitges is a 35 kilometers town from Barcelona. It is the perfect spot to relax, disconnect from the city and enjoy the sea views. My house is very well located, since you arrive at the center in a pleasant walk by the sea of 5 minutes.
