The pool (8.10m x 4m x 1.40 m ) is private for you alone and not shared . You will have all the necessary equipment and Aziz, our manager, will be on site to welcome you and answer all your needs: whether it is to book a cook (with extra charge) who will prepare excellent breakfasts or typical Moroccan dishes. In very hot weather you can enjoy air conditioning for an additional €30 per day (to be paid on site). Remote controls are to be requested from Aziz . Aziz will be able to inform you about excursions, activities to do, or must-see tours in Aourir or Agadir . ATTENTION: for modest women there may be a vis-à-vis the bedrooms on the 1st floor of the neighboring villa when it is rented . No refund will be given in the event of refusal to occupy the house for this reason . The villa consists of On the ground floor: entrance, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 1 independent toilet, terrace with large Moroccan sofa, wooded garden, swimming pool (9x4.5m) depth from 80cm to 1.20 m, ( unheated), outdoor shower, pergola and large dining room table, hammock, laundry room with washing machine, secure gated garage. On 1 floor: - 1 suite with a king-size bed, dressing room, private bathroom and toilet. - 1 suite with 2 single beds (can be joined to make 1 king size bed), private bathroom and toilet, living room. Wardrobe/closet. - 1 suite with 3 single beds (including 2 that can be joined to form 1 king size bed), private bathroom and toilet. Wardrobe/closet. - 1 suite with 3 single beds (including 2 that can be joined to form 1 king size bed), private bathroom and toilet. Bed linen is provided as well as1 large and one small bath towel ( no beach towel) per person. Kitchen towels are also provided. For your arrival: at your disposal: 1 bottle of water, fruits, soap, dish soap, tea towels, toilet paper to start your stay . On request: - we can provide you with free baby equipment: bed , highchair , bathtub, stroller. - We can provide you with a stove. About €50 per day for 3 meals (and groceries at your expense). Price of breakfast only: between €3 and €6 per person depending on the choices. Important Things to note: We make no profit on these services that we offer for free for your convenience. Guest access Access to the villa is easy and we will send you the itinerary before your arrival. The villa is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. It is 2.3 km from the beach. Access is via the main road through the village that leads to Vallée du Paradis. 2 km from the entrance to the village you will have to leave this paved road to travel with your car a slightly stony dirt road of 100 m leading to the villa near the wadi. Other things to note This house remains a "family" house and is therefore not intended for parties, ( unless requested and agreed by Aziz) or groups likely to make noise that could disturb the neighborhood. To respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, we invite you to avoid outdoor noise between 11pm and 10am . So we want to host quiet and respectful families or groups.... _____________________________ IMPORTANT: We comply with Moroccan law that prohibits renting to unmarried Moroccan or mixed couples. Please keep this in mind . —————————————————- For modest women, this villa is not recommended because there may be a view from the bedrooms on the 1 st floor of the neighboring villas. _______________________________ Visitors or guests of guests are not allowed without the consent of the owner. There will be an additional charge in case of visitors staying asleep. The house is exclusively reserved for people who have booked. In case of check-in with a greater number of guests than those enrolled in the reservation, check-in will be declined . --------------- OTHER IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the great drought that is raging in the area ( it has not rained for more than 4 years) the pools all receive fine sand dust from the hills that settle at the bottom. But it's just sand and not dirt...the water is perfectly clean . The pool specialist visits twice a week in summer and once a week off-season . He s***s this sand but sometimes falls back on the same day. A robot does not s**k it and would only brew this sand , so we decided not to put it on. Guests will therefore not be able to dispute the cleanliness of the pool or request any refund for it . You have to let the pool attendant in and do their job. You will be notified of his arrival the day before . _________________________ We do everything we can to provide you with a villa in perfect condition of cleanliness and maintenance. We ask you to respect this maintenance and occupy the villa "as a good family man" and return the places in which you found them, as you would in your own home . We ask that you do not throw cigarette butts or papers into the garden, pay attention with cigarettes to the fabrics of relaxing armchairs, garden lounges and hammock. Do not throw cigarettes at the neighbors' place or in the wadi, the place being very dry and a fire so quickly arrived.... _______________________________ In hot weather you can use the air conditioners for an additional 30e per day. (Ask Aziz for remote controls). ANOTHER IMPORTANT NOTE: In hot weather we can have on the ground floor the visit of small unwanted visitors called cockroaches .... Morocco is invaded by it and despite all the treatments we inflict on them they sometimes come to show the tip of their nose to die at night on the ground floor of houses. They usually don't go upstairs. They are perfectly harmless, do not sting, do not bite, they are not dirty, they are a bit like hannetons and they are just looking for a little freshness of the houses to come and die there. It's best to be notified because for people who can't stand insects, it can be a constraint.... So don't panic!!!!
