The space Large home with 4 kitchens, and dining seating for 30 people. Two gas fire places, game area, piano room, theater, whole house sound system, sport court, swimming pool and jacuzzi, There are two pavilions and an outdoor gas fire pit. There is a large pirate ship and play house for children and two ponds on the property. Large grassy areas, stream, waterfall, and lots of wildlife. Guest access The majority of the house and property are accessible to guests, with the exception of several locked storage closets, the garages, and the manager's cottage. Other things to note Mapleton city limits occupancy to a max of 33 overnight guests. A signed contract must be signed and returned prior to stay. Which include, but are not limited to the following: no smoking/vaping, city quiet hours from 10pm-8am, no pets, etc.
