Small Private Bedroom-Great Location in Manhattan

In NYC, location and safety are most important. I live here for 20 years, and I still cannot find a better deal apartment in Manhattan! I just looking for roommate. Very old and has no elevator apartment. But very close to the subway station and the bus stop. All types of stores and restaurants are around us! This price with safety, location, and convenience is rare! The space -Wifi (2G and 5G) -No shoes in our apartment, please! - There is a window in the room. But it faces the building and has no view. -Our neighbor is not quiet. They love music and entertainment. -Air conditioning fee is not included. Guest access -kitchen -bathroom -livingroom During your stay I usually work at home, so you can ask me any questions in person, call or text anytime! Other things to note *No shoes in our apartment. Please bring your room shoes if you will need them. *Please bring your own towel, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, and brush. *Your own refrigerator and fan will be in the room. * No lock for each bedroom. I trust all guest. * Air conditioning rental fee: $8/nights or $175/month (including electricity charge) *Flight delay: Check-in time is no later than 9 PM. If your check-in time will be later than that because of the flight schedule or accident, I will ask you for $25/hour as an additional charge. * If you need a very quiet place, this room is not for you.
