Church Hill Farm, Penallt is a completely private luxury farm house set in 63 acres in The Lower Wye Valley area of outstanding natural beauty. It is half a mile from the nearest road along an unmade forest track but only 5 miles from Monmouth. It can also be rented in conjunction with High View Barn which can accommodate a further 4 guests. The space Whilst the house has all modern conveniences this place is about nature and enjoying the lovely countryside of the Wye Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We have an abundance of animals incuding deer, badgers and rare species of bats. In the spring the fields are full of beautiful wild flowers and the woods full of bluebells. There is no need to get in the car to go for a walk or a hike as there are great trails in every direction. Guest access You will have the whole house and 63 acres or our land to explore plus miles of glorious countryside. Other things to note This place is for people who enjoy nature and want to get away from it all. Some people may find the property too isolated for their tastes. For many it is the ideal escape.
