Urban Oasis at the Heart of Philly

A classic Philly brownstone just minutes away from the city's main attractions -- including Rittenhouse square, university city and the Italian market. Two bedrooms on the second floor, a wonderful back yard for chilling/ el-fresco dining, updated furniture, 64" TV, high-speed WiFi, modern kitchen. Foodie paradise within a 5-minute walk: Ultimo Coffee, best coffeeshop in America, 2013; American Sardine Bar, US top 40 bar for food lovers, 2016; The Italian and Vietnamese Markets. The space The first floor has a large living space, including a dining area and a breakfast bar. It leads to a well equipped modern kitchen and a back yard full of charm. The kitchen has an espresso machine that grinds beans. Both rooms have plenty of closet space; second bedroom also has an office desk and a large TV. The bathroom is large and includes double vanity and a tub. Basement has a washer and dryer. Parking: There is free street parking near the house (on 18th st.) during the weekend. In weekdays it is limited to two hours between 9am and 6pm. There should also be plenty of street parking in the nearby Washington Ave (as long as you don't come very late at night). There is also a paid parking lot on South St. and 18th, which is a short 5-minute walk away. If you arrive late at night, I am happy to reimburse you for parking there in your first night. Guest access Guests have access to the first two floors and basement. There is a third floor that has no guest access (nobody will be staying there). Keyless check-in and entrance.
