One of the bed/bathrooms located in the back of the house will be closed off during stay. Wood floors, all new stainless steel appliances, bathroom and kitchen both recently redone, washer and dryer, 65" curved 4k TV in living room and 55" and 50" in the bedrooms, turbo speed internet, cable television, HBO, Netflix, a PS5 with select games in living room as well as a retro arcade system with 180,000+ plus retro games, treadmill, Tonal Gym, Joov Red Light Therapy, Nest central heat and air, ADT pulse security, Culligan water softener and filtration system for clean drinking water, beautifully tiled gas fireplace, 10 person jacuzzi in backyard with seating area, fire pit, full sized Weber BBQ and basket hoop. One bedroom currently includes a Cal King Tempurpedic Cloud Luxe bed, which will be the best night's sleep you've ever had, and black out velvet curtains, the other bedroom has a queen sized pullout Tempurpedic sleeper sofa which sleeps more comfortably than most beds. There is also a good sized sectional couch in the living room, viewable in the pictures; so should you have a third or fourth person, that's totally fine. I have 2 available permits for street parking and a gated driveway that can fit up to 3 cars which I can provide a clicker for during your stay. Home is gated and has a callbox out front which is super easy for you to buzz people into during your stay. ADT Home Security System has 2 of its security cameras inside main house. One inside living room and one inside hallway. Feel free to drape a towel over either if you'd like. It is in an amazing prime location of West Hollywood with everything you will ever need within walking distance. Entire home available minus an office in the back of the property that will remain locked off during rentals and owner will have to intermittently access. Has own entrance in back and will never need to go through main house to access office. NO SMOKING INSIDE (can smoke on balcony or anywhere in yard though. Very accessible.) Please be clean and respectful. Make sure to lock doors when you come and go. Parking in driveway is ok and I can provide you with a clicker if you'll be staying for a bit. Please be respectful of my neighbors. NO PARTIES. There is no exception to this. If your reservation is for more people than listed on the reservation it is considered an event. The rental websites are unfortunately inundated with people trying to sneak parties by. Please help fight against this problem by properly reading and abiding by this listing's rules.
