Villa Helena in Gerani The approximately 100 m² villa is located in Gerani, approximately 7 km from Rethymnon. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Extra beds and baby beds are possible. The huge terrace in front of the living room and the lower bedroom partly has a pergola. You will also find a lounge area with comfortable rattan furniture. The bedrooms and living room have mosquito nets, should you really need them, and shutters. The 3 bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air conditioning. The old Cretan village of Gerani is approximately 700 m away. There are several supermarkets, taverns, kafenion, a baker, butcher... . The sea is about 500 m further... Part of the property is natural. You can reach the lower part of the property via a stone staircase. There are lots of local herbs etc. You have a wonderful view over the sea to the Akrotiri peninsula. We will be happy to provide you with a baby bed and high chair upon request! The pool is open from November 7th to March 31st. not in use! During this time, electricity costs are not included in the rental price.
