Lower level only of this family friendly holiday home (not pet friendly) with central heating and cooling, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, and fantastic deck. Fully enclosed back garden for children. Pets are not catered for, neither are boats and 1 jet ski by arrangement. Walking distance to swimming area, pier and great little township including a Woolworths. Many fabulous restaurants on the edge of town or dotted throughout about a 10k radius. Plenty of eateries around town also. The space Note: Nightly fee accommodates up to six people. (Eight over January with use of sofa bed in sunroom.) For stays of 7 days or more: If you choose to bring your own sheets and pillowcases, $100 will be deducted from the stay. On offer is the lower level only, which consists of three bedrooms, (two queen size beds and two single beds, the singles can also be made into a queen if preferred, (a sofa bed also during January) two bathrooms, two living areas, a fantastic fully functional kitchen and a laundry. There is a large deck for outdoor dining with fabulous views of the bay and the You Yangs. Also a good sized fully enclosed back garden for children. Pets are not catered for. Just one reason is that the back lawn is Santa Ana Couch and does not tolerate pet wee. Also pets are not welcome in the house and particularly on beds as it is not reasonable for guests who will be following in. Guest access The garage is not available however there is covered parking under the deck/carport. Other things to note Three cars can be catered for, two in the driveway and one in front of house in street. Boats are not catered for and one jet ski by arrangement depending on how many vehicles are to be parked. Geelong is only approximately 25 minutes away. Melbourne about 1hr 15mins.
