Ideal for parents visiting local colleges, for visiting the Main Line, and for creative retreats You will have the entire house to yourself, including a full kitchen, newly renovated master bedroom, freshly updated bathroom and even a baby grand piano. The space We use this house primarily as a creative space to practice music and to teach voice. That's why there's a piano instead of a table in the dining room. We also make wine, so you might see carboys under the kitchen table (we always offer our guests a bottle). We also use it to host guests, like you. Since we live next door, we’re available if you have questions or concerns, but we intend to let you enjoy your privacy. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house (except an Office and Basement). The first floor consists of a Living Room, Piano Room (featuring a Baby Grand Piano) and a Kitchen (renovated in 2015). The second floor includes a Master Bedroom, Serenity Room and Bathroom (updated in 2017). Other things to note No smoking allowed anywhere on the premises. No parties or events allowed. We know we're close to many colleges, and returning alumni might think we're a great place to host a party, but they would be wrong. This property is not able to accept pets.
