Farmhouse composed by 4 indipendent apartments - ideal for groups who like to spend a nice holiday together. Two of the apartments have large lounges where the group can eat and stay together. The interiors are charming and furnished with typical pieces. Well equipped also the outside spaces with a very large garden with barbecue, swimming pool. The property is reached by an unsurfaced road of 2,5 km. The space The farmhouse is set in the middle of the countryside and from here you can admire a wonderful panoramic view on the surrounding. The apartments are all very large and are composed as follow: Apartment Rufeno – (sleeps 4; 110 sq.mt) Ground floor: large entrance-lounge with kitchen and dining area, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath-tub. Apartment - Amiata – (sleeps 4; 120 sq.mt) Ground floor: entrance-lounge with fireplace , kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with bath-tub. Apartment - Cetona – (sleeps 6; 130 sq.mt.) First floor: entrance-lounge with fireplace and dining area, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with bath-tub. Apartment Azzara – (sleeps 6; 150 sq.mt) Ground foor: entrance, lounge with fireplace and dining area, kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower First floor: 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath-tub The property has also a small dependance (1 double bedroom,bathroom,kitchen) that is sometimes used by someone of my family. Usually the groups use to stay togethere in the large lounge of Rufeno apartment where can be organized more tables together and during the summer time can easily use the outside large spaces. Facilities : Swimming Pool (8mt x 13 mt), Wi-fi in the communal area, communal laundry room, Lavazza Espresso machine, microwave, ping-pong, biliardino, well equipped garden, barbecue, heating. Guest access Guests can use the whole property (except the small dependance Casetta) Other things to note Please note that the heating has to be paid locally by cash according to the consumption. In each apartment is a counter showing the units of the gas (gas gpl) - each unit (1 cm) costs between € 4 and € 5. Please note that, because the house is in the middle of the countryside, the house is reached by an unsurfaced road of 2,5 Km - the nearest small town in Centeno 2,5 Km - where is just a bar-restaurant) and then Acquapendente (11 Km away).
