INDIAN HILLS LAKE...City of Cuba is 2 1/2 - 3 miles away. Maximum of 6 guests. Sorry No Pets Indoors. Minimum of 30 day stay per Community Requirement. Guests can NOT use their own boats, jet skis and/or powered crafts in this private community. Private Lake Front Home located on the largest cove on the Lake. The space Lake front home on a fairly level lot. Covered patio with swings, picnic table & Weber grill (charcoal provided). Fire pit outdoors for the evening get-to-gethers (firewood provided). Most anything you will need is furnished including Washer & Dryer in lower level full bath. Just bring your own food, beverages & come relax at the Lake... Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home but no access to the garage. If key or key card are lost their will be a $100 charge for replacement. Other things to note Complex is a gated community. You must call owner for access when you arrive.
