You can also walk to all the restaurants and bars around the neighborhood. 5 to 10 minutes drive to UWM, lakefront, downtown Milwaukee and Fiserv Forum. The entire unit is yours to enjoy with on premises parking, free Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix & Amazon Prime videos & much more. Two separate bedrooms with queen bed for privacy. Living room has a sleeper sofa for additional guest sleeping. Dining area dining table with extra leaflet can accommodate up to 6 guests. China cabinet with all dining essentials is included with your stay. Kitchen is stacked with all the basics if you wish to cook. Patio has small patio chairs and table, there is also a grill in the backyard to grill during sunny days (added propane cylinder based on customer feedback). There is a portable AC in the dinning/living room, (added 2 window ACs to both the bedrooms based on customer feedback). You can also walk to explore a variety of restaurants, bars and coffee- shops within a block distance if you prefer. Stay includes towels, bath accessories, laundry access and all the above. We guarantee your stay will be relaxing, fun, enjoyable with a feel of home far away from your home. You can park on the driveway but we have tenants upstairs, so if you can park before going to bed and park it in the street in the morning would be helpful. I'll live very close to the property and I am pretty much available in case you need anything. You can pretty much walk for everything. 10 minutes ride to downtown Milwaukee, Fiserv Forum, Art Museum and other Milwaukee Attractions Fridays and Saturdays you can park on the street as well. Night street parking permissions must be requested BEFORE 1 AM the morning of the requested 3 AM – 5 AM period. Night parking permissions requested AFTER the issuance of a parking citations are not valid. Overnight on-street parking is permitted on Saturday, Sunday and certain holiday mornings from 3 AM – 5 AM and you are not required to request permission. These dates will be GRAYED out on the calendar. IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ: Alternate side parking is enforced in the Village of Shorewood. On weekday mornings, Monday through Friday, except holidays, vehicles shall be parked as follows: On the oddly addressed side of the street between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. on odd dates of the calendar. On the evenly addressed side of the street between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. on even dates of the calendar. Alternate-side parking restrictions shall not apply to the street sections with insufficient width where parking is only designated on one side of the street. Each license plate can request up to 20 nightly permissions per calendar year.
