Ideal for families and quiet people. Rentals for people over 28 During the stay, ask if you are going to bring friends or receive visitors. The space Quiet area, warm nights, parking, large garden, relaxing pool, barbecue. The pool, garden and barbecue are just for you. There are no other guests in the space. Fresh air. Natural environment. Privacy. Family. Maximum capacity 5 people. Over 28 years of age. No parties or celebrations are allowed. Check if you are going to receive visitors. Visitors pay extra for the use of the facilities, including pool and barbecue. The space is a 3-story villa. Downstairs is the apartment being rented. The garden is fully fenced. It has its own private and independent space. The building is shared. The owners live on the two upper floors. Although the building is shared, the spaces are completely separate and there are no common areas. Access to the apartment both by car and on foot is completely independent from the upstairs area. We share a building but we don't see each other!! Privacy. The apartment has 2 bedrooms. One of them is interior. Fully equipped and open kitchen with living room. In the living room there is a sofa bed. There are 2 bathrooms with shower. The living room has air conditioning, which is enough to heat or cool the apartment. The garden area is spacious with several tables to enjoy meals and dinners. There are many spaces to sit and sunbathe, read, chat... And the garden is very nice, full of plants, flowers, trees, ... a wonderful atmosphere!! Guest access Barbecue, garden and pool for exclusive use are NOT shared. These areas are just for you. We take care of pool and garden maintenance. These tasks are done early so as not to coincide with guests. Other things to note For stays of 10 nights or less, it will be considered a TOURIST ACCOMMODATION-Tourism contract. For stays longer than 10 nights, it will be considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental agreement must be signed upon arrival at the house. We don't rent the apartment to groups of young friends. Only families or people over 28 who are looking for a beach, pool, relaxation. No loud music in the apartment, garden or pool. The neighbors' peace must be respected at all times. Flexibility in check-in time after 5:00 pm, giving advance notice. No parties or celebrations are allowed. It's quiet. Clean the barbecue after each use. If you are going to receive visitors during your stay, you must check with the property. Visitors pay an extra fee for the use of the facilities including the pool and garden.
