The house is about 65 m2 with: - on the ground floor: a bathroom with shower, sink and recent washing machine, a separate toilet, a fully equipped American kitchenette with induction stove, dishwasher and electric oven, a living room with a comfortable sofa, coffee table and TV, a bright veranda dining room with microwave, toaster and coffee makers, overlooking a slightly shaded wooden terrace and a south/southwest facing garden. A barbecue, 4 deckchairs, table, chairs and hammock are available outside. - on the 1st floor: separate toilet with handwasher, 1 attic bedroom with a 140 X 190 bed, closets and wardrobe, 1 attic bedroom with 2 90 X 190 beds, the 2 bedrooms are equipped with electric velux and air conditioning/heating. Outside: 1 private parking space a few meters from the house. The house is ideally located. You can get everywhere by bike (rental company nearby) thanks to real secure bike paths. The beaches are beautiful and clean and of course a surfers' paradise! In summer, Capbreton comes alive with a night market on the pedestrian street and evening shows in the evening on Place de la Mairie (everything is a 5 min walk). You also have the opportunity to practice many activities during the day: tennis, karting, horseback riding, aquatic center, tree climbing... within 15 minutes by bike. The center of Hossegor 3/4 km away will allow you to enjoy pretty shops, golf and the lake. And if you want to visit, the towns of Bayonne, Biarritz and Saint Jean de Luz are very close and the beautiful town of San Sebastian in Spain is less than an hour away (our favorite).
