You are across the street from Lake Tahoe. A 3 minute walk to the private HOA beach on the lake. 5 minutes to great coffee and pastries, ½ mile to Tahoe City, and minutes to Homewood, Alpine and Squaw. You get Lake access, proximity to Tahoe City, the national forest, and privacy all in one. The space Surrounding trees give you privacy from the street and yet views of the lake. Two large 2nd story decks (one for you and one for your kids or guests) surrounded by trees given you private outdoor living area with privacy. Walk just a few minutes for pastries and morning coffee at the Tahoe House. ½ mile to Tahoe City and the National Forest for hiking, cross country skiing and dog walking. Our street has no outlet so the street carries only residential traffic. Our house is perfect for two families: bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and down. Two large living areas: a living room with couches, flat screen TV and a second window seat/sitting area facing the lake far enough apart so groups could be using both at the same time. Well designed for dining. The dining area seats 10 with the adjoining decks providing additional areas for outdoor eating and socializing. The gas BBQ sits just outside the dining room. - Guest access to entire house. There is a lockbox for ease of entry, and the code will be provided before your stay. - Kitchen details: We love to cook so you’re well equipped. We also provide basic oils and spices. - Washer dryer - Zone heating - Outdoor picnic table on one side and table for 4. - Lot: large flat area in back - Parking: circular driveway with portion covered enough for 3 cars. 7’ foot clearance on carport. Driveway holds 6 cars. - High-Speed Wireless DSL. Laptop friendly workspace - Sports equipment: Kayak (available now), inflatable rafts, beach chairs, and crawfish fishing poles available when weather is warmer in June. Guest access All of the house except 3 small storage closets. Other things to note Accessibility: There is bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor with one step up into the house. The common areas and some bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second floor up one flight. The stairway has a hand railing. It is not ADA approved.
