Cook whilst you watch the fish jump and birds dive into the water below the house. The sunken TV room downstairs has large flat screen TV and free-view connection. There is also complimentary WIFI available as well. There is a full bathroom downstairs complete with bath and shower.. Plenty of flat parking for cars and a boat. The Lookout is just 10 minutes easy walk to Mangonui Village and a 15 minute walk to the beautiful Coopers Beach. Special conditions: Prices are for 2 people.
