One of the few homes in Sheboygan that walks out onto the sands of Lake Michigan, this 3 bedroom/ 2 bath home is meant for total relaxation and fun. The open kitchen, dining and living room is full of light from the sliding glass doors on the back of the house, which access a deck and a large back yard. Upstairs is a spacious loft with a pull out couch. Fire pit in the back yard. Just steps from a playground at King Park. Amazing sunrises, worth waking up for. You will have full access to the home and backyard. We are not onsite, but are very responsive to our guests. We also have someone who can be onsite in the event there is a critical issue. This neighborhood is a quiet neighborhood--a 5 minute drive to downtown Sheboygan, but also very walkable to the downtown area. There is a lovely park 2 houses north of our home that is perfect for children. **For Memorial Day thru Labor Day reservations, we are expecting a minimum 3-night stay.** **The televisions are hooked up to wifi (Netflix, Hulu, Sling, YouTube) but are not tied in to local stations or cable television. ** **To keep cleaning costs down, we ask guests to begin laundry for the sheets and towels used upon departure. If this is something you don't want to do, please choose to stay somewhere else.** **We have neighbors who we respect and love. If you are looking for a "party place", this is NOT it. It's a perfect home for a family or friend groups who want to chill out--not for people who want to make a lot of noise or party.** **The beach is a public, not private, beach.** ** There are kayaks on the property but unfortunately can not be used by guests due to liability issues. Please rent kayaks at Eos Surf Shop!**
