This is a character villa dating from 1928, "Villa Ker Loïs", which is listed as a remarkable heritage of CARNAC BEACH. It has been completely renovated in a charming atmosphere and rated 4 stars by the Morbihan Tourism Committee. Ideally located less than 100 m from the large beach, in the heart of Carnac beach and activities. Our family home, with timeless charm, welcomes young and old for unforgettable stays. It is surrounded by a 500 m2 landscaped garden with maritime pines. Spacious: 180 m2 for 7/8 people. Optionally, if needed, 2 additional people in the small apartment "Eugénie" on the ground floor (completely independent). The latter remains unoccupied during the rental of the villa if the option has not been selected. That's why we ask for total respect for the premises Rules: - No smoking inside - Pets not allowed - Respect the number of beds - Parties and events are not allowed - End-of-stay cleaning at an additional cost - Check-in 4 p.m. - Check-out 10 a.m.
