E Street Getaway - Private 5 Star Space!

Thank you for considering staying at E Street Getaway! This entire space is PRIVATE! This space is located on the 2nd floor of the home & has a wooden staircase that leads you to your private entrance. Inside, a comfortable king size bed, full bathroom & quaint kitchenette will be waiting for you. This space has WIFI access & a 40” Smart TV equipped with Netflix, Hulu & ChromeCast! A Keurig for coffee lovers is provided! This space is LGBTQ friendly & welcomes guests from all walks of life! The space Thank you for considering this listing! This is an entire apartment that has its own private entrance, private bathroom & kitchenette. This space is upstairs from the main floor of our home. You must be able to climb stairs to reach the private entrance to this space. This space has a comfortable king size bed with 4 pillows & extra blankets in case you need them. This space also has WIFI access & a 40” flat screen Smart TV equipped with Crome Cast so you can cast or “mirror” content from your cell phone to the TV such as YouTube videos, movies on Amazon Prime Video or shows on Hulu etc. In order to cast anything from your cell phone to the TV, your cell phone must be connected to the same WIFI network as the TV. You can find this info on the listing under WIFI ACCESS. The Smart TV does have a Netflix account logged in to it so we can provide Netflix to our guests! Please select the account profile “E Street Guests” to watch anything you’d like. The kitchenette has a medium sized refrigerator, a microwave, a hot plate for cooking, a flat top griddle, a rice cooker, pots, pans, dishes & utensils. Please note that the space provided to cook is not very large & it is meant for light cooking only. There is no ventilation hood located in this space. Therefore, please avoid cooking methods such as deep frying & meals that require a large amount of oil to prepare such as fried chicken, etc. This will not only prevent a mess from splatter on the low angled walls in this area but also it will decrease the likelihood of oil fires on the hot plate. In the unfortunate circumstance of a fire, a fire extinguisher is located underneath the kitchen sink on the left hand side. Also in this space is a lovely Keurig for coffee lovers. There will always be a small assortment of coffee & hot drinks to choose from inside the Keurig storage but please feel free to bring your favorite K-Cup with you. Currently the coffee brands available are Cafe Bustelo, Caribou Coffee, Organic Columbia Supremo, Dunkin Donuts, & Starbucks. For those who do not enjoy coffee, there are Swiss Miss hot chocolate & Twinnings Hot Tea K-Cups available as well. To prepare your coffee there is Hazel Nut & French Vanilla liquid creamers made by Coffee Mate in the refrigerator. Domino pure sugar & Stevia sugar substitute packets are located on the counter by the Keurig. This space also has 2 fold up chairs for extra seating & 2 large top stand up TV trays to use while eating. Also, there is a desk with lamp & chair for those in town on business or guests who need a place for their laptop or other electronics. This space also has a changing room equipped with a dresser, a stand up mobile closet for clothing that needs hanging, a long length mirror, an iron & ironing board & a hamper for used linens. The private bathroom is fully equipped with commode, sink, stand up shower with rainfall shower head & a bathroom tower stocked with things you may need during your stay such as towels, washcloths, cleansing wipes, toilet tissue, soap, q-tips, etc. Please help us keep our floors & light colored rugs clean by removing your shoes upon entering the space. We truly appreciate it. Lastly, there is a world map located on the wall in this space. Please feel free to put a pin in the location you traveled from before you check out. For military service members, you may pin the location you were from before you joined the military. This is a scratch off world map. PLEASE DO NOT attempt to scratch off ANY LOCATION. This map is quite delicate & has been ruined a few times by people attempting to scratch off random countries they are not from. There is a special tool that must be used & it takes time & patience. So please leave this part to us! The location you’re from should be scratched off for you prior to your arrival but if for some reason, the state, province or country you’re from is not scratched off... please place a pin in it & we will go back & scratch it off when you check out to avoid any more damage.
