Charming room in a large house located in a quiet neighborhood on a dead-end street. Close to shopping with grocery store, drug store and hardware store nearby. Room includes a queen size bed, closet, dresser, recliner, tv with cable, wifi, coffee pot, microwave, mini refrigerator, and a cozy gas stove. The space Private off-street parking is provided, please park in the driveway, in front of the garage door. If you wish, during winter months with snowy and icy conditions, you may park in the garage, and a garage door remote will be provided. Guest access I do rent out a second bedroom in my house through Air B&B, however it is on a separate level of the house. Each room has its own private bathroom. The only shared space of the house is the driveway and front door. Other things to note For security and safety, outdoor security cameras are in place at the front of the residence.
