Home in Cold Spring

Our 100 year old cabin has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The rustic cabin is 15 minutes from Cold Spring with a lovely view of the Hudson Valley, seen from the screened in front porch. It is very quiet. Great hiking, arts, & culture nearby. We recently updated it and we love long-term stays! Contact the host if you have questions! The space Our cabin is a charming retreat rentable most of the year. Situated on a hill, it has a lovely view of the Hudson Valley. We are adjacent to Hubbard-Perkins Conservation Area, near Fahnestock Park for swimming, boating, and fishing, the Appalachian Trail, and 15 minutes to either Cold Spring or Beacon and the Hudson River. The porch provides an outdoor space (without bugs) for eating, reading, etc. While slightly rustic, it has comfortable beds, a functional kitchen, and sleeping for 5. We recently added five heat/ac-mini-split ductless units, and remodeled both bathrooms. It is very comfortable now! - BR 1 = Double bed, closet, -BR 2 = Large twin bed, closet -Study/BR= Desk and twin bed -Living Room has daybed -Bath 1 = Tiled shower. -Bath 2= Claw foot tub - Open dining area extends into living room space -Washer/dryer near kitchen, also clothesline outside - 12 minutes outside the village of Cold Spring / 1:20h from NYC /situated on a quiet road. Metro North Trains run from Cold Spring to Grand Central, NYC. You can taxi or Uber to the house. - WIFI works well - Long driveway leads up to house, privacy galore! Guest access The cabin will be exclusively yours for the time period you are renting. Rentals are for 1 week minimum, with discounts for 2 weeks and monthlong rentals. Other things to note When you come up the driveway, please park in the open area before the bend on the left. House will be up on the right. Two cars will fit there, if you have a guest. Commercial filming is not permitted without prior permission. However, we are happy to make special arrangements if you are interested.
