Great alternative to a motel room, especially for traveling business people. Main room is 450 sq.ft. and somewhat divided with a closet and drapes. It's more of a large studio with two defined areas. There is a hall to the bath, sauna, laundry area & fully stocked kitchen. The apt. is fully lockable. I enjoy my privacy and assume you do too. You have your own entrance and so do I. I rarely even see my guests, at most 10% of the time. So it is just like an apt. except w only 1 neighbor upstairs. You will hear walking & TV, etc. the same as an apt. Entire apartment. Backyard, children's play set, boat slip, volleyball & other yard games with some equipment provided for your convenience. I'm out a lot so don't be surprised if you don't meet me. Enjoy! Upscale quiet neighborhood but close to everything. Lots of Oak trees. Almost everyone drives around here. Duck hunting on Bay out back in season. Seaplane landing allowed on Bay out back. I have a seaplane ramp you can tie up at. Downtown McHenry 2 miles away by car or boat. McHenry Drive-In Movie Theater (the last in the Chicago Metro area) is 2 miles away. Boat races at Blarney's Island on Thursdays in summer. Kids getting noisy? Put them on the island out back for an hours hiking & exploration. Wildlife & bird watching
