My House is 5 minutes away from Saint-Pardon of Vayres "harbour", famous French spot for tidal bore surfing. It is less than 25 minutes away from Bordeaux tramway and Saint-Emilion The space The house is very confortable, shiny, and is ideal to rest in the countryside after a few days spent in the heart of Bordeaux city. It is my house and thus is fully equipped and full comfort. There is air conditioning in the house, for the hotest days of summer.
