In an idyllic, quiet location in the middle of nature at a spring with clear mountain water near a small church near Ceriana is the holiday home "Villa Amicella" with a view of the sea, best enjoyed from the covered terrace. In the interior on the first floor there are two bedrooms and a cozy living room with pellet stove. The living room leads over a small kitchen into a large covered terrace with a wonderful view of the surroundings, the small church, the valley and the Mediterranean Sea at San Remo. On the ground floor there is a second covered terrace with a pizza oven and on the other side of the house a sun terrace. If it gets too warm, you can cool off in a large pool filled with spring water. However, this has the format of a larger sauna plunge pool, not that of a swimming pool. In the evening you can stroll through the large garden, depending on the level of ripeness to feast on your fruit or drive to the nearby village of Ceriana with cafes, pizzerias and shops for daily needs, driving time approx. 5 min. To San Remo with beaches, bars, many restaurants and shops it is about 30 minutes, depending on the driving style. At the church there is also a bus stop with a direct connection to San Reno, travel time here 40 minutes. A family with children will find enough space here to relax. Due to the 3 terraces and the almost 3000 square meter garden, mostly not visible from close up, you can dodge and find your own relaxation areas, while the children have enough space to play on the terraced property. You are completely on your own here.
