Guests have all the safety advantages of a private home in a secure, quiet, beautiful foothill neighborhood, and the convenience of being only minutes from shopping, dining, beaches, local attractions and hiking trails. The two listings can be booked together for a 10% discount to accommodate up to 4 guests. For everyone's health and safety, guests must provide proof of vaccination against Covid-19 when requesting a reservation. The space This en-suite room is furnished with a queen bed, a dresser, and large mirrored closet. Private bath with tub/shower, sink and hair dryer. Samsung TV, fresh bed linens and bath towels. Windows look out on an orange orchard to the south and west toward the private back yard. A sliding glass door opens out to patio/pool area. Guest access Guests are welcomed when they arrive and are shown to their room at the end of a tiled gallery looking out to the patio and pool. Kitchen access is allowed for filtered water, ice and limited fridge space. During your stay I am always available to offer information about local activities and sights, as well as needed information and directions. Other things to note In addition to the host, another permanent resident lives in a room at the other end of the home, and will be using the kitchen facilities.
