Magic in the tower - in one of the most beautiful villages

You'll love my place (two double rooms, more if needed, see "Living space") because of its special picturesque location (on the historic small Piazza del Castello), because of its enchanting surroundings, its panoramic views, its particularly tasteful furnishings and the friendly villagers. My place is good for couples and families with kids, big and small. The space In the apartment (120 sqm), which has two bedrooms (2 double rooms, double bed (1.60-2.00 m), baby cot), a large shower room and 1 bathroom, there is comfortable space for four with two children (up to 8 years). Important note: Depending on your needs, an additional bedroom with a small bathroom can be booked for €30/night (see photo 10/24) or (and) a loft with two double beds and a spacious tub for an additional €70. My place is located in Piazza del Castello, where Milos Forman filmed scenes from his famous movie "Amadeus". Ideal for holidays for two or for the family with children. Parking is 30 meters away. Important note: If heating is required in winter or in the event of weather changes (in summer), consumption will be charged at €20 per day. We reserve the right to charge the heating costs incurred via the security deposit. In the middle of one of the most picturesque, medieval villages of Tuscany. 160 km north of Rome, we rent a magical apartment in an 800-year-old castle, which we have lovingly and high-quality furnished. Five minutes by car to the magnificent thermal baths in Saturnia and to the golf course (18 holes), or for horseback riding and also wonderful hiking. Very close are clean rivers - very nice for picnics and swimming with children - 40 minutes you need to dream beaches. You always drive through the lush, untouched olive and wine landscape of the Maremma. It is also close to the world-famous cathedral of Sovana, the ancient excavations in Roselle or the impressive historic towns of Pitigliano or Oriveto. The whole area is full of art-historical pearls. The lively medieval 500-soul village with its quaint bars, pints and good restaurants is pure Italian idyll. Romans and Florentines come here for a gourmet meal in the two-star restaurant "Caino". Guest access Guests have access to everything.
