Looking for a relaxing getaway in Lake Geneva? Forget your worries at our spacious & serene villa. Situated on the rolling hills of the Interlaken property along the shores of Lake Como, you can relax on our comfy couch, enjoy the scenery from the balcony, or use the amenities offered at Interlaken such as the newer (2021) pool and splash pad, tennis courts and access to the lake. Dining, Coffee Shop & Entertainment next door at The Ridge Hotel. We are new to Airbnb, but experienced hosts. The space Our condo is located on gorgeous grounds of Interlaken overlooking the shores of Lake Como. This 2nd floor condo is spacious and cozy at the same time. You'll walk into the kitchen area that looks out over the dining and living room area. A hallway to your left leads into the 2 bedrooms and the large bathroom. Floors are hardwood in the main living area with area rugs. Both bedrooms are carpeted. The bathroom has a tile floor. Each room has its own heating and airconditioning thermostat for the comfort of all. Guest access Stairs only, no elevators! You will go down a set of stairs outside to access the main door. Once inside, you will go up the stairs to get to our condo. Our Villa has about 16 units and there is a central atrium sitting area for anyone to use. You will have complete privacy inside our condo and the balcony is for our condo only. The coin laundry room is on the first floor and is accessible by all unit owners and guests. The association pool is open from Mid-May through Mid-September and is for the use of all Interlaken Owners & Guests. A keycard is required for pool access and is provided in our condo. Other things to note Our property is a non-smoking, non-vaping building. We are also not allowed to have pets or any animals, as per our association by-laws. Fines will be accessed and passed on to our guests if these rules are broken. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.
