This studio efficiency is approx 140 sq feet, so its small, but efficient. Has a private entrance and full bath. It is part of the main building, not the small building. Comfortable high quality Mattress. Lots of pillows. Stove top burners, microwave, refrigerator. I provide lotion, shampoo, conditioner and soap. I have two airbnb Studio efficiencies with private entrances next to eachother. I put sound insulation in between the rooms and a false wall. I used mineral wool sound barrier & Fire barrier insulation, But there may be some noise between the two rooms. Most people are respectful and quiet. 3.4 miles to downtown Ellsworth, 23 miles to Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. 15 miles to Bucksport, 12 miles to Blue Hill and 30 miles to Bangor. 27 miles to Historic Castine. I have placed a picnic table in the yard specifically for my guests and you're welcome to use the yard. So its quiet here at night. I live in a rural area 3.4 miles out of the town of Ellsworth so a car would probably be your best choice! Although I'm sure bicyclist could get around just fine! To find your room after pulling in the parking lot and parking wherever you'd like, you have to go around the right side of the main building and if it's dark, there will be a light that comes on because it's got a motion detector. And you will see hidden Retreat written on the posts of the steps.
