The space The 1st level consist of family room, large kitchen/dining room with lots of windows. Kitchen table seats 6 people, Island seats 3 people. 1st floor bedroom and full bath. 2nd level consist of 2 bedrooms. Queen bed/2 twins on second level with bath with shower. Air Conditioning only in bedrooms. Guest access This is a single family home. There is no shared space. The beach is located 3 doors down. Other things to note Property located in an association. Quiet time from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM If you looking for a quiet place to enjoy you will love my cottage. If you looking to party hard and stay up all night my place is not for you.
