The space The house lies in a beautiful area of Tuscany, surrounded by olive grove hills and green thick woods of pine trees; near to the most important art city of Italy (Florence, Volterra, San Gimignano, Pisa, Lucca) and to the Versilia coast. The location and altitude of about 300m on the sea level, guarants a mild and agreeable climate in every season. It lies in a panoramic location, around 1,5 Kms from the town of Buti. It is a very quiet location and it offers also a lot of privacy to the tenant. In front of the house there is a terrace equipped with table and chairs to eat outdoor, to cook there are also at disposition a barbecue and a stoneoven. The 10x4 meter pool is for private use of the tenant. From both the terrace and the pool area you can enjoy of a fantastic panoramic view on the surrounding hills and the village of Buti. In the town of Buti there are all the necessary shops and different restaurants/pizzeria/bars.
